Once your school has acquired the REAXIUM School Bus Services, our team will immediately begin to perform hardware and software configurations. The following is an overview of the set-up we provide to give your school, students, and parents the very best service.
The first step is to create the school’s account on ReaXium Cloud Services. Then, we can create and store the transportation information of students and their parents, bus drivers, routes, bus stops, and school buses.
The school chooses their preferred local telecommunications provider to guarantee the best coverage in their area.
The next step is to install the ReaXium Devices on your school’s buses. We test every installation to ensure they are working properly without any symptoms of failure.
ReaXium can register the students and drivers one by one, or from a CVS file or API connection to your school’s database.
After registering the students and school bus drivers in our database, we will need to capture and record their fingerprints for authentication through the ReaXium Devices (OPTIONAL).
Finally, we print the RFID cards. With an RFID card, each student can be identified by both the onboard ReaXium Device, as well as with school administrators.
